Role Overview:
Dolan PCI is seeking a part-time Foreman to oversee the on-site construction of Padel courts.
This role involves liaising with clients and builders, conducting site visits, and coordinating with installers to ensure smooth project execution.
This flexible, part-time position requires approximately 20 hours per month, making it an ideal opportunity for a retired professional or someone seeking reduced hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between clients, builders, and installers for Padel Court construction projects.
Ordering & Hire of Equipment prior to Installation
Conduct a site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with project specifications, and address any technical issues
Coordinate with installers to manage the construction process and resolve on-site challenges.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Ensure all site work complies with health and safety regulations.
Provide regular updates to management on project status.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
Familiarity with overseeing small construction projects.
Knowledge of Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, builders, and installers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Spanish Language is not essential but useful
Ensure compliance with project specifications and address any technical issues
Access to transportation for site visits (primarily within Dublin).
Flexibility to adjust hours based on project needs.
