Supply, Installation

The Contractor (Dolan PCI Padel Courts) shall supply and install permanently fixed panoramic padel court structures at the Client site, forming part of the immovable sporting facilities. The Works shall include, but shall not be limited to:

• Site set-out and court positioning

• Installation of permanent steel court framework

• Installation of structural glass panels

• Fixing of all court structures to concrete ring beams and/or foundations prepared by or on behalf of the Client

• Installation of artificial playing surface systems

• Installation of lighting columns and flood lighting systems

• Installation of access doors, net systems and ancillary fittings

• Final alignment, testing, commissioning and handover

All padel court structures shall be permanently affixed to the Client’s site and shall form part of the immovable property upon completion.

The parties acknowledge and agree that the above Works constitute qualifying construction services within the meaning of Schedule 3 of the VAT Consolidation Act 2010. Accordingly, VAT shall be charged at the reduced rate of 13.5% on the full contract value, inclusive of materials, transport, labour, specialist installation crews, tools, equipment, travel, and project management, insofar as these form part of the integrated construction service.

Transport of prefabricated structural components and construction materials to site shall be treated as incidental to the construction works and included within the qualifying construction services.

The Contract Price represents a turnkey construction service. 

Upon completion, ownership of the installed structures shall vest in the Client as part of the immovable property at the site.
